These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GlowKit ("the Service"), operated by MatMad Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

GlowKit is an AI-powered property marketing content generation tool designed for UK estate agents, letting agents, and property professionals. The Service generates marketing copy including property descriptions, social media captions, listing titles, buyer emails, and related content based on property details you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom (or operating a UK-registered business) to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@glowkitai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. AI-generated content

All content generated by GlowKit is produced by artificial intelligence and is intended as a professional starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication. You must ensure that published content complies with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, and all applicable UK property marketing regulations. GlowKit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of generated content.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in GBP. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account billing page or Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period — no partial refunds are given for unused time.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable once used.

6. Fair usage

All plans are subject to fair usage. The Agency plan includes 400 generations per month. Usage that is automated, excessive, or inconsistent with normal professional use may be throttled or suspended.

7. Intellectual property

Content generated through GlowKit is owned by you. You grant us no rights to your property data or generated content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. The GlowKit brand, software, and platform remain the intellectual property of MatMad Ltd.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowKit and MatMad Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from published AI-generated content, regulatory action, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@glowkitai.com.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
