Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with GlowKit. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.
Free Trial
All new users receive 5 free property pack generations — no credit card required. This allows you to fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service for a significant portion of your billing period, contact us at support@glowkitai.com and we will review your case individually.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the 12-month period. Refunds for annual plans are considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10 generations have been used.
Credit packs
One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. If you have not used any credits, a full refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase — contact support@glowkitai.com.
When a credit pack refund is processed through Stripe, the corresponding credits are automatically removed from your account.
How to request a refund
Email support@glowkitai.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. For digital content, please note that by using the Service you acknowledge that the digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase.
